GENERAL DESCRIPTION
HIC-550 is an iron filled two component, high temperature, epoxy casting system. This system has excellent physical properties at elevated temperatures, for casting molds used in producing parts.

RECOMMENDED POST CURE

• 1 hour at 100°F
• 1 hour at 150°F
• 1 hour at 200°F
• 1 hour at 250°F
• 1 hour at 300°F
• 2 hours at 350°F
• 1 hour at 300°F
• 1 hour at 250°F
• 1 hour at 200°F
• 1 hour at 150°F
• 1 hour at 100°F

After oven has cooled to ambient temperature, tool can be removed.

60 minute pot life; shorter pot life for smaller casting

HT-9234
140 minute pot life; long pot life for larger casting.

HT-8401
30 hours pot life; Longer pot life for larger mass castings.
