To resist tooling temperatures up to 400ºF, this aluminum Honeycomb panel is fabricated with fiberglass skins and high-temperature resins. A perforated corrosion-resistant core and 2 plies of 10-ounce fiberglass cloth provide strength and stability. Bonded under pressure for greater strength. Honeycomb panel is post cured. Peel ply applied for good bonding surface. Panel staged post cured to 400ºF.
